About Us
OUR STORY
Equilibrium Rehab Physical Therapy opened their doors in 2018 as a homecare physical therapy practice. In 2023 Equilibrium Rehab opened an outpatient clinic with the goal of providing a space for healing and not a high volume mill where clinical care is replaced with rushed overbooked service.

WHY CHOOSE US

During such time, he also built strong ties and relationships with individuals as well as the community. Care at our clinic is never compromised.
